Taliban’s big message to Pak from Delhi: Terms Kabul bombing ‘provocative act’

Afghanistan’s Taliban government has accused Pakistan of bombing a border town and violating its sovereignty, following explosions in Kabul. Meanwhile, India and Afghanistan declared Pakistan-sponsored cross-border terrorism a shared threat. New Delhi will upgrade its technical mission in Kabul to an embassy, and Kabul assured India it won’t allow its territory to be used against Indian interests.
