Supreme Court rejects PIL for probe into Viceroy’s claims

The Supreme Court has declined to hear a public interest litigation demanding an investigation into accusations leveled by US firm Viceroy Research against Vedanta Limited and Hindustan Zinc. Justices P S Narasimha and A S Chandurkar expressed no inclination to entertain the plea.
