Stopping Dog Feeding In Non-Designated Areas Not A Crime: Bombay High Court

Stopping a person from feeding stray dogs in non-designated areas cannot be held as “wrongful restraint” or “obstruction” under the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, the Bombay High Court has said.
