Sonam Wangchuk Detained For Instigating People In Border Area: Centre

The Centre and the Union Territory of Ladakh administration told the Supreme Court on Tuesday that climate activist Sonam Wangchuk was detained for instigating people in a border area where regional sensitivity is involved.
