JEE Main 2026 Hall Tickets: NTA releases April Admit Cards (Screengrab from official website)
JEE Mains 2026 Admit Card Out At jeemain.nta.nic.in: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the admit cards for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) session two exams on their official portal at jeemain.nta.nic. In order to obtain their hall ticket, candidates are required to log in on the candidate portal using their application number and password.
Candidates must note that the admit cards have so far been released for exam dates April 2 and April 4 only. In its notice, the NTA has informed that the admit cards for later dates will be released in due course.
The notice reads:
“Candidates scheduled to appear on 02 and 04 April 2026 are required to download their Admit Card of JEE (Main)–2026 Session-2 (April 2026) from the website, from 29 March 2026 and go through the instructions contained therein as well as in the information bulletin. Admit Cards for the candidates whose exams are scheduled on 05, 06, 07 and 08 April 2026 will be released in due course”

The NTA in its notice also stated that the candidates are required to ensure that the QR Code and the barcode is available on the JEE Main 2026 April session admit card while downloading. It adds:
“All candidates should bring the photo ID as uploaded in online application form and also mentioned in the Admit Card for proof of identity.”
NTA had earlier issued the City Intimation slip on March 23, informing the candidates about their exam city.

Step 1: Visit the official JEE Main portal at jeemain.nta.nic.in
Step 2: Click on the JEE Main 2026 Session 2 Admit Card link
Step 3: Enter your application number and password

Step 4: Your admit card will appear on screen—download and save the PDF
The card will contain the candidate’s name, date of birth, exam date and time, allotted centre address, and exam-day guidelines. Candidates, please note that it is mandatory to carry the admit card to the exam centre with all the required details filled out carefully. They’re also required to carry one passport-sized photograph and a valid photo ID proof.
JEE Mains 2026 Session 2: Exam dates in April
As per the official schedule, the session 2 of JEE Main 2026 are set to be conducted in April, with Paper 1 (BE/BTech) expected to take place on multiple dates in the first and second week of the month, followed by Paper 2 (BArch/BPlanning). The exam will be held in computer-based mode across various centres in India and abroad, continuing the multi-shift format to accommodate the large number of candidates.
