The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has started a campus placement drive for its students and alumni. The placement drive will take place on April 29, 2026, at the B.R. Ambedkar Convention Centre at IGNOU’s Maidan Garhi headquarters in New Delhi. Those students who are interested in applying for the job have to arrive at the centre at 10 am. As stated by the University, there are over 200 vacancies across five major sectors – edtech, aviation, hospitality, services, and NGO.
The drive is open to fresh graduates, including final year students and pass-outs, as well as experienced professionals. Graduates from any stream – BA,, BEd, BSc, BCom, BBA, MCom, PG Diploma, Diploma programmes, are eligible for the recruitment drive.
Interested candidates are advised to carry at least two copies of their updated CVs, a government‑issued ID card such as Aadhaar, PAN, or an IGNOU I‑Card, a few passport‑size photographs, educational certificates, and experience letters if applicable.
