Age Bar Won’t Affect Couples Who Began Process Before 2021 Surrogacy Act

The Supreme Court on Thursday ruled that the age restrictions under the Surrogacy (Regulation) Act, 2021 will not apply retrospectively to couples who had already begun the surrogacy process.
