Another Haryana cop shoots self; accuses slain IPS officer of corruption

A Haryana police officer in Rohtak has allegedly committed suicide, accusing senior IPS officer Y Puran Kumar of corruption. Kumar himself reportedly died by suicide, leaving a note naming 16 senior IAS and IPS officers and alleging harassment as the cause for his extreme step.
