Sectarian violence in Syria’s Sweida province has halted, with Druze forces recapturing the city after a week of deadly clashes against Bedouin tribes and government forces. Syria’s Interior Ministry confirmed the withdrawal of “all tribal fighters” and redeployment of troops to maintain peace. Over 900 have been killed, including many summarily executed.
