CBSE launches mental health series; teachers and students to participate

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), in collaboration with AIIMS, will conduct a Virtual Mental Health Series from October 4 to 10, 2025, for principals, teachers, counselors, parents, and students. Aimed at promoting psychological resilience, reducing stigma, and addressing academic stress, the series will feature expert-led sessions covering nutrition, emotional health, digital challenges, and high-risk adolescent behaviour.
