Cheating case: Industrialist Manoj Jayaswal gets 3-year rigorous imprisonment (RI); used forged documents to obtain Mahuagarhi coalblock allocation

A Delhi CBI court has sentenced industrialist Manoj Kumar Jayaswal to three years in jail for using fabricated documents to secure the Mahuagarhi coal block in Jharkhand for JAS Infrastructure and Capital Private Limited. Special Judge Sanjay Bansal also levied a fine of Rs 5 lakh on Jayaswal and Rs 2 crore on the company.
