Delhi cop held for taking Rs 10,000 bribe; caught red-handed at Govindpuri Police Station, tea stall owner also detained

A Delhi Police ASI from Govindpuri Police Station was arrested for allegedly accepting a Rs 10,000 bribe. He sought the bribe to provide relief to a family in a criminal case. The arrest followed a complaint to the Delhi Police Vigilance Unit, which set a trap and caught the ASI red-handed, also detaining a woman acting as an intermediary.
