Nearly 90 companies, including Jio Financial Services, Power Grid Corporation of India, Hindustan Aeronautics (HAL), Hindustan Petroleum Corporation (HPCL) and others, have fixed their record dates for dividends for the week between August 10 (Monday) and August 14 (Friday).

Interested investors need to hold shares of these companies in their demat accounts on or before the record date to be eligible for corporate actions. The list remains tentative as more companies may announce record dates for dividends, bonus issues and stock splits during the week.

Here is a day-wise list of corporate actions to watch out for this week:

Around 9 companies, including Jio Financial Services and telecom infrastructure player Indus Towers, are set to turn ex-record date for dividends on Monday. Jio Financial Services fixed August 10 as the record date for its final dividend of Rs 0.60 per share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Indus Towers shares will turn ex-record date for its final dividend of Rs 14 per share.

Majestic Auto accounts for the highest dividend payout among all stocks turning ex-record date on Monday, as the company aims to pay a dividend of Rs 25 per share to its shareholders. PTC India and Styrenix Performance Materials will each pay a Rs 23 dividend.

West Coast Paper Mills will turn ex-record date for a dividend of Rs 3 per share, while RITES will pay a dividend of Rs 1.40 per share. Other companies that have fixed Monday as the record date for their respective dividends include AVT Natural Products (Rs 0.45 per share) and Central Mine Planning & Design Institute (Rs 1.06 per share).

Around 15 companies, including Godfrey Phillips India and Gland Pharma, are set to turn ex-record date for dividends on Tuesday. Godfrey Phillips India will pay a final dividend of Rs 33 per share for the financial year. Gland Pharma shares will turn ex-record date for its dividend of Rs 20 per share.

Kirloskar Industries and Ratnamani Metals & Tubes will pay a Rs 13 and Rs 10 dividend, respectively.

Castrol India will turn ex-record date for an interim dividend of Rs 6.25 per share, while Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals will pay a final dividend of Rs 6 per share. Other companies that have fixed Tuesday as the record date for their respective dividends include Sudarshan Chemical Industries (Rs 5 per share), Kopran (Rs 3 per share), Tainwala Chemicals & Plastics (India) (Rs 3 per share), Dhunseri Ventures (Rs 1.50 per share), Gateway Distriparks (Rs 1.25 per share), E & E Enterprises (Rs 1 per share), Symphony (Rs 1 per share), Standard Industries (Rs 0.25 per share), and Kanoria Energy & Infrastructure (Rs 0.05 per share).

Around 15 companies, including KPIT Technologies and NHPC, are set to turn ex-record date for dividends on Wednesday. Industrial & Prudential Investment Company fixed August 12 as the record date for its final dividend of Rs 120 per share for the financial year. KPIT Technologies shares will turn ex-record date for its dividend of Rs 5.25 per share.

Neelamalai Agro Industries and Narmada Gelatines will pay a Rs 20 and Rs 11 dividend, respectively. Voith Paper Fabrics India will turn ex-record date for a dividend of Rs 10 per share, while Uniparts India will pay an interim dividend of Rs 9 per share.

Other companies that have fixed Wednesday as the record date for their respective dividends include Gabriel India (Rs 3.10 per share), Computer Age Management Services (Rs 2.50 per share), Dhunseri Tea & Industries (Rs 2 per share), H.G. Infra Engineering (Rs 2 per share), Gujarat Containers (Rs 1.50 per share), Vaibhav Global (Rs 1.50 per share), KCP (Rs 0.50 per share), Sandur Manganese & Iron Ores (Rs 0.50 per share), and NHPC (Rs 0.21 per share).

Around 17 companies, including Power Grid Corporation of India and Godrej Consumer Products, are set to turn ex-record date for dividends on Thursday. Century Enka fixed August 13 as the record date for its final dividend of Rs 11 per share for the financial year. Power Grid shares will turn ex-record date for its dividend of Rs 1.25 per share.

Godrej Consumer Products and Usha Martin will pay a Rs 5 and Rs 3.75 dividend, respectively. Dhunseri Investments will turn ex-record date for a dividend of Rs 3 per share, while Naga Dhunseri Group, Prestige Estates Projects, and The Ramco Cements will pay a dividend of Rs 2 to Rs 2.50 per share.

Other companies that have fixed Thursday as the record date for their respective dividends include RailTel Corporation of India (Rs 1.25 per share), Ramco Industries (Rs 1.25 per share), Metal Coatings (Rs 1 per share), Neogen Chemicals (Rs 1 per share), Sumedha Fiscal Services (Rs 1 per share), Tirupati Foam (Rs 1 per share), Antony Waste Handling Cell (Rs 0.50 per share), Sodhani Capital (Rs 0.50 per share), and The South Indian Bank (Rs 0.45 per share).

Around 28 companies, including Hindustan Petroleum Corporation and Hindustan Aeronautics, are set to turn ex-record date for dividends on Friday. Hindustan Petroleum Corporation fixed August 14 as the record date for its final dividend of Rs 19.25 per share for the financial year. Hindustan Aeronautics shares will turn ex-record date for its dividend of Rs 10 per share.

The Anup Engineering and Apollo Hospitals Enterprise will pay a Rs 12 and Rs 10 dividend, respectively.

Kalyani Investment Company will turn ex-record date for a dividend of Rs 10 per share, while Kotyark Industries will pay a final dividend of Rs 5 per share.
