Saudi Arabia has launched a seasonal licensing system for Hajj 2026 accommodations in Makkah and Madinah. Property owners must apply via the Nusuk Masar and Ministry of Tourism platforms before February 1, 2026. The system aims to boost service quality, expand capacity, and ensure safe, organized pilgrim housing during the Hajj season. Year-round licensed hotels are exempt.
