High court allows ED to inspect Capt Amarinder Singh’s I-T documents in foreign assets probe

The Punjab and Haryana High Court has allowed the Enforcement Directorate (ED) to inspect Income Tax (I-T) documents related to alleged undisclosed foreign assets of former Punjab CM Capt Amarinder Singh and his son, Raninder Singh. The court dismissed their petition, stating the ED can access records for investigation under FEMA, 1999.
