Two SME IPOs — Himalaya Nutravedics and Anand Seamless — are set to debut on the BSE SME platform on Monday, September 29. The two companies raised a combined Rs 52.02 crore through their respective public issues, with both IPOs consisting entirely of fresh equity shares.
The IPOs saw moderate investor participation during the subscription period. Himalaya Nutravedics IPO was subscribed 2.33 times, while Anand Seamless IPO received 1.47 times subscription. The funds raised through the issues are earmarked for purposes including working capital, business expansion, capacity enhancement, debt repayment and general corporate requirements.

The Himalaya Nutravedics IPO was a book-built issue of Rs 26.50 crore, comprising a fresh issue of 25 lakh shares. The IPO opened for subscription on September 22 and closed on September 24, 2026.
The issue was subscribed 2.33 times overall. The individual investor portion was subscribed 2.56 times, while the QIB category (excluding anchor investors) received 1.00 times subscription. The NII category saw stronger demand, with the portion subscribed 3.58 times.
The company had fixed the IPO price band at Rs 100 to Rs 106 per share, with a lot size of 1,200 shares per application.
The net proceeds from the issue are proposed to be used primarily to fund working capital requirements, for which the company has earmarked Rs 13.75 crore. Another Rs 7.50 crore is proposed to be spent on business development and digital marketing activities, while the remaining amount is intended for general corporate purposes.
Nirbhay Capital Services Pvt. Ltd. is the book-running lead manager, while KFin Technologies Ltd. is the registrar. Allwin Securities Ltd. is the market maker for the issue.

The Anand Seamless IPO raised Rs 25.52 crore through a fresh issue of 35.44 lakh shares. The subscription window opened on September 22 and closed on September 24, with the allotment finalised on September 25.
The issue was subscribed 1.47 times overall. The retail individual investor category was subscribed 0.98 times, while the NII category saw 1.96 times subscription.
The company fixed the final issue price at Rs 72 per share, with a lot size of 1,600 shares. The shares are scheduled to list on the BSE SME platform on September 29, 2026.
Anand Seamless plans to deploy the IPO proceeds towards capacity expansion, technological upgrades, cost optimisation and supporting its manufacturing facility in Gujarat, for which Rs 13.20 crore has been earmarked.

The company also plans to use Rs 5.49 crore for full or partial repayment/prepayment of certain outstanding secured and unsecured borrowings. Another Rs 3.70 crore has been allocated for general corporate purposes, while Rs 3.13 crore is towards issue expenses.
Aftertrade Broking Pvt. Ltd. is the book-running lead manager, while MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd. is the registrar to the issue.
With both companies scheduled to list today, investors will now track their listing prices and early trading performance on the BSE SME platform.
