I-T dept flags unreported cash property deals in Bihar and UP, asks sub-registrars to act

Sub-registrars in these areas have been found to be misreporting and failing to share crucial data, including transactions over Rs 30 lakh and PAN details, prompting the department to seek state government intervention.
