In 109-page order, Sebi bans B’wood actor, his wife and 57 entities from stock market

SEBI has taken action against Bollywood actor Arshad Warsi and others. They are banned from the stock market. The ban follows a pump-and-dump scheme involving Sadhna Broadcast shares. SEBI found they manipulated the stock price. They also used YouTube videos to lure investors. The regulator has ordered them to return illegal gains. Penalties and interest are also levied.
