Inhumane act: Puppies burned to death in West Bengal for whimpering in cold; animal lovers protest

Four men allegedly burned five puppies to death in Howrah after being annoyed by their cries in the cold. The mother dog was also injured. Animal lovers have protested, demanding swift punishment for the perpetrators, who are currently at large as police investigate.
