Interval walking: 3-minute Japanese technique offers better results than jogging

Japanese researchers have unveiled an “Interval Walking Training” method, potentially burning more fat than jogging. This technique involves alternating three minutes of brisk walking with three minutes of slow walking for 30 minutes. This technique activates aerobic and anaerobic systems, triggers excess post exercise oxygen consumption and stimulates mitochondrial activity.
