IPS officer ‘shoots self’ at home with gunman’s revolver; leaves 9-page note

Haryana ADGP Y Puran Kumar, known for flagging irregularities and alleged caste bias within his department, was found dead from a gunshot wound at his Chandigarh residence. He had reportedly left a nine-page “final note” and a will before taking his gunman’s service revolver in the soundproofed basement of his brother-in-law’s house.
