IPS officer ‘suicide’: Wife names Hry DGP in complaint; claims husband faced humiliation

Wife of deceased IPS officer Y Puran Kumar, IAS officer Amneet P Kumar, has lodged a complaint seeking FIR against Haryana DGP Shatrujeet Singh Kapur and Rohtak SP Narendra Bijarnia for abetment to suicide and SC/ST Act violations. She alleges her husband faced systematic persecution and humiliation due to his caste, pushing him to suicide.
