Kwick Forensic Solutions IPO opens for subscription today, Thursday, August 27, 2026. The issue is already generating strong buzz in the grey market, where its shares are currently commanding a 71% premium over the issue price. The steep grey market premium (GMP) points to expectations of a potentially blockbuster listing.
The Rs 50.77 crore Kwick Forensic Solutions IPO comprises a fresh issue of 46 lakh shares worth Rs 41.05 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 11 lakh shares aggregating to Rs 9.72 crore.
The IPO will remain open for subscription from August 27 to August 31, 2026. The allotment is expected to be finalized on September 1, while the shares are likely to debut on the BSE SME platform on September 3, 2026.
The company has fixed the IPO price band at Rs 85–90 per share, with a lot size of 1,600 shares. At the upper end of the price band, retail investors need to invest a minimum of Rs 2.88 lakh for 3,200 shares. For HNI investors, the minimum application is 3 lots, or 4,800 shares, requiring an investment of Rs 4.32 lakh at the upper price band.
Corporate Capital Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is the book-running lead manager for the issue, while Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd. is the registrar.
Kwick Forensic Solutions IPO has raised Rs 14.43 crore from anchor investors, ahead of the public issue. The anchor bidding took place on August 25, 2026.
At the current GMP, the IPO’s estimated listing price stands at around Rs 154 per share, signalling a potential premium of nearly 71% over the issue price. However, GMP is an unofficial market indicator and can change before the actual listing.
IPO Objects of the Issue
The company plans to deploy the net IPO proceeds primarily towards strengthening its working capital position.
Around Rs 31.42 crore has been earmarked for working capital requirements, while the remaining funds will be used for general corporate purposes.
Kwick Forensic Solutions delivered a strong growth trajectory in FY26, with both its top line and bottom line recording substantial gains. The company’s total income jumped 63%, from Rs 65.08 crore in FY25 to Rs 105.80 crore in FY26.
Profit growth was equally impressive, with PAT rising 58% from Rs 8.56 crore to Rs 13.51 crore during the same period.
