Lohia Corp has set the price band for its Rs 1,101.28 crore initial public offering (IPO) at Rs 404–425 per share. The public issue will open for subscription on July 23, while anchor investor bidding is scheduled for July 22. Investors can bid for the issue until July 27.
The IPO is entirely an Offer for Sale (OFS) of over 2.59 crore equity shares, meaning the proceeds will go to the existing shareholders and the company will not receive any funds from the issue.
Among the promoter shareholders selling stakes are Raj Kumar Lohia (up to 167.28 lakh shares), Gaurav Lohia (22.18 lakh shares), Amit Kumar Lohia (9.20 lakh shares), and Ritu Lohia (16.71 lakh shares). Other shareholders participating in the OFS include Alok Kumar Lohia (21.71 lakh shares), Anurag Lohia (11.38 lakh shares), and Anuja Lohia (10.85 lakh shares).
The share allotment is expected to be finalized on July 28, while the stock is likely to debut on the NSE and BSE on July 30.
The IPO has a price band of Rs 404–425 per share, with a lot size of 35 shares. At the upper end of the price band, retail investors will need to invest a minimum of Rs 14,875 for one lot.
Equirus Capital Ltd. is the book-running lead manager to the issue, while MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd. is the registrar.
Incorporated in 2023, Lohia Corp is a global manufacturer of machinery and equipment used in the production of technical textiles, particularly for manufacturing polypropylene (PP) and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) woven fabric and sacks.
As of March 31, 2026, the company had an installed annual capacity of 240 tape extrusion lines, 13,800 circular looms, and 108,000 winders.
Its product portfolio includes tape extrusion lines, circular looms, coating and lamination lines, printing and conversion machines, multifilament yarn machines, twister winders, monofilament extrusion lines, recycling machines, and related spare parts.
The company's machinery caters to both packaging and industrial applications, supporting the production of cement, fertilizer, chemical, polymer, food grain, and mineral bags, along with shopping bags, FIBCs, container liners, tarpaulins, geotextiles, ground covers, carpet backing, ropes, and twines.
Lohia Corp reported a 64% year-on-year jump in net profit to Rs 193 crore for FY26, compared with Rs 118 crore in FY25.
Revenue from operations increased 25% year-on-year to Rs 1,717 crore in FY26, up from Rs 1,377 crore in the previous financial year, reflecting strong growth in both profitability and topline performance.
