Maratha quota row: Jarange warns of blocking Mumbai milk supply; Dasara plans announced

Manoj Jarange, a quota activist, returned to his village after a hunger strike, warning the government to meet Maratha reservation demands by September 17. He threatened to halt milk and vegetable supplies to Mumbai if the government fails to distribute Kunbi caste certificates to Marathas in Marathwada based on the Hyderabad Gazette.
