Big faceoff brewing in Uttar Pradesh over the ‘Muhammad’ campaign posters – which is now under scanner.  Bulldozers moved into UP’s Bareilly, where authorities have initiated action against properties linked to close aides of Tauqeer Raza Khan, the influential cleric and president of the Ittehad-e-Millat Council (IMC). The All India Muslim Personal Law Board has released a sharp statement, calling the police action brutal, accusing the UP government of having vindictive attitude, and demanding the immediate release of Raza’s aides.
