Shares of Nityas Gems & Jewellery are set to make their stock market debut on the BSE and NSE on Thursday, October 8. Ahead of the listing, the IPO's grey market premium (GMP) suggests a muted start, with the shares currently commanding a premium of just 1% over the issue price.

The Nityas Gems & Jewellery IPO comprised a fresh issue of 1.45 crore shares aggregating to Rs 108.35 crore. The company had fixed the price band at Rs 70-75 per share.

The IPO opened for subscription on September 30, 2026, and closed on October 5, 2026. The issue was subscribed 2.26 times overall. The retail investor portion was subscribed 4.07 times, while the non-institutional investor (NII) category was subscribed 2.05 times. The qualified institutional buyers (QIB) portion received 1.06 times subscription.

The share allotment was finalised on October 6, and the company's shares are scheduled to list on both the NSE and BSE on October 8.

At the upper end of the price band, retail investors were required to invest a minimum of Rs 15,000, based on the lot size of 200 shares.

Choice Capital Advisors Pvt Ltd is the book-running lead manager for the issue, while Bigshare Services Pvt Ltd is the registrar.

Nityas Gems & Jewellery IPO GMP Today

The Nityas Gems & Jewellery IPO is currently commanding a grey market premium (GMP) of Rs 1, or 1%, over the upper price band of Rs 75 per share. Based on the prevailing GMP, the estimated listing price is around Rs 76 per share.

Nityas Gems & Jewellery Financial Performance

Nityas Gems & Jewellery Ltd reported a 110% year-on-year increase in total income to Rs 203 crore in FY26, compared with Rs 97 crore in FY25. The company's profit after tax (PAT) also increased 128% to Rs 22 crore in FY26 from Rs 10 crore in FY25.

Incorporated in April 2022, Nityas Gems & Jewellery Ltd is engaged in the design, manufacturing and sale of lab-grown diamond-studded gold jewellery in India. The company operates an integrated business model covering B2B manufacturing and distribution to organised retailers, standalone retailers and wholesalers, along with direct-to-consumer (D2C) omnichannel retail operations through its subsidiary, Ayaani Diamonds and Jewellery Pvt Ltd. Its operations cover raw material procurement, product design, manufacturing, quality control, distribution and branded retail.

As of August 31, 2026, the company had 192 full-time employees, including 122 in-house karigars and 29 designers. Its workforce includes personnel across senior management, design, operations, quality control, procurement and logistics, sales and marketing, and other functions.
