Tahawwur Rana moves court for permission to communicate with his family

Tahawwur Rana, a key conspirator in the 2008 Mumbai attacks, has petitioned a Delhi court for family communication access while in judicial custody following his extradition from the US. The Ministry of Home Affairs has appointed a team of special public prosecutors, led by Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, to oversee the NIA case against him.
