TCS gives 100% variable pay to 70% employees; HR head says: ‘Payment…’

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) will provide 100% variable pay to approximately 70% of its employees up to the C2 grade for the June quarter. Variable pay for employees in the C3 grade and above will be determined by the performance of their respective business units.
