Tesla sales slide in Europe: Musk-owned EV losing spotlight to this Chinese company

Tesla’s sales in Germany plummeted by 36.2% in May, marking a fifth consecutive month of decline, while the overall EV market surged. Across Europe, Tesla’s registrations also fell sharply in France, Spain and Sweden. Meanwhile, Chinese EV maker BYD witnessed a ninefold increase in sales in Germany, becoming the top-performing Chinese EV brand.
