Video: In Bhopal, Drunk Men Set Ravan Effigy Afire On Dussehra Morning

The Ravan effigy in Bhopal’s Bagh Mungaliya neighbourhood met its end unceremoniously and without pomp, thanks to a drunk group of youngsters who set it on fire early this morning.
