Watch: When teams refused to tour countries in ICC men’s tournaments

We are going to look back at two such episodes from the past in ICC men’s tournaments. One from 1996, when West Indies and Australia refused to tour Sri Lanka, and the other from 2003, when England and New Zealand pulled out of playing in Zimbabwe and Kenya respectively.
