Three SME IPOs — Acme India Industries, TNA Solutions and Paramount Syntex — are set to make their stock market debut on the BSE SME platform on Friday, October 9. Together, the three public issues raised around Rs 241 crore, with subscription levels varying significantly across the offerings.

Acme India Industries emerged as the most heavily subscribed issue, attracting bids 124.23 times the shares on offer. TNA Solutions followed with an overall subscription of 55.20 times, while Paramount Syntex received a relatively muted response, with its IPO subscribed 1.88 times.

Among the three issues, Acme India Industries raised the highest amount at Rs 121.69 crore, followed by Paramount Syntex at Rs 81.79 crore and TNA Solutions at Rs 37.86 crore.

Here's a closer look at the three SME IPOs ahead of their market debut

Paramount Syntex IPO is a book-built issue worth Rs 81.79 crore, comprising an entirely fresh issue of 64.40 lakh shares. The IPO was subscribed 1.88 times overall. Category-wise, individual investors subscribed 1.10 times their allotted portion, while the QIB (excluding anchor investors) category saw subscription of 119.29 times. The NII category, however, was subscribed just 0.09 times.

The bidding window opened on September 30 and closed on October 6, 2026. The basis of allotment was expected to be finalised on October 7, ahead of the scheduled listing on the BSE SME platform on October 9.

The IPO's price band was fixed at Rs 119–127 per share, with a lot size of 1,000 shares. At the upper end of the price band, the minimum retail investment for two lots, or 2,000 shares, amounted to Rs 2,54,000. The minimum HNI application size was three lots, or 3,000 shares, amounting to Rs 3,81,000.

Sobhagya Capital Options Pvt. Ltd. acted as the book-running lead manager, while Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd. was the registrar to the issue.

Acme India Industries IPO was the largest of the three offerings, raising Rs 121.69 crore through a combination of a fresh issue of 54.07 lakh shares worth Rs 105.98 crore and an offer for sale of 8.02 lakh shares aggregating Rs 15.71 crore. Investor demand was exceptionally strong, with the IPO subscribed 124.23 times overall. The NII category led the response, with subscription of 196.27 times, followed by QIBs (excluding anchor investors) at 137.93 times. The individual investor category was subscribed 85.50 times.

The IPO opened for subscription on September 30 and closed on October 6, 2026. The allotment was finalised on October 7, with the company's shares scheduled to list on the BSE SME platform on October 9.

The final issue price was fixed at Rs 196 per share, and the lot size was 600 shares. At the final issue price, the minimum retail application of two lots, or 1,200 shares, required an investment of Rs 2,35,200. For HNIs, the minimum application size was three lots, or 1,800 shares, amounting to Rs 3,52,800.

Hem Securities Ltd. was the book-running lead manager, while Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd. was the registrar to the issue.

TNA Solutions IPO raised Rs 37.86 crore through an entirely fresh issue of 54.08 lakh shares, making it the smallest offering among the three SME IPOs scheduled to list today. The issue attracted strong investor interest and was subscribed 55.20 times overall. The NII category recorded the highest subscription at 102.14 times, followed by individual investors at 46.17 times and QIBs (excluding anchor investors) at 35.64 times.

The IPO opened for subscription on September 30 and closed on October 6, 2026. The allotment was finalised on October 7, and the shares are scheduled to debut on the BSE SME platform on October 9.

The final issue price was set at Rs 70 per share, with a lot size of 2,000 shares. At this price, the minimum retail investment for two lots, or 4,000 shares, stood at Rs 2,80,000. The minimum HNI application comprised three lots, or 6,000 shares, requiring an investment of Rs 4,20,000.
