Bengaluru filmmaker Hemant arrested over actress’s allegations of sexual misconduct

Kannada actor-director-producer B. Hemant Kumar was arrested by Bengaluru Police following a television actress’s complaint of sexual harassment, cheating, and blackmail. The actress alleges he spiked her drink, filmed her, and used the footage for extortion, alongside threats and defamation. Investigations are ongoing after the arrest.
