Navi Mumbai court issues process against Agnel Law College principal, director for fee overcharge

A Navi Mumbai court has ordered legal proceedings against the principal and director of Agnel School of Law, Vashi, following allegations of overcharging students. A former student’s complaint claims the college collected Rs. 8,000 annually above the Fee Regulatory Authority’s fixed amount between 2020 and 2023.
