Gujarat By-Poll Results: AAP’s Gopal Italia Wins Visavadar, BJP Retains Kadi Seat, Cong Gets Zero

The Gujarat assembly bypoll results saw a 1–1 split, with AAP winning Visavadar and BJP retaining Kadi. AAP’s Gopal Italia defeated BJP’s Kirit Patel in Visavadar by 17,554 votes, reclaiming the seat vacated after Bhupendra Bhayani defected to BJP. BJP’s Rajendra Chavda won Kadi, a reserved seat, defeating Congress’s Ramesh Chavda by 39,452 votes. AAP leader Isudan Gadhvi called the Visavadar win a “victory for Gujarat’s people” and a foundation for 2027. He accused BJP of poaching leaders using power and money.
