‘Rs 540cr drug money laundering’: Akali Dal leader Majithia arrested after raid at Amritsar house

Bikram Singh Majithia, a senior SAD leader and former minister, was arrested by the Vigilance Bureau in Amritsar on Wednesday following the registration of a disproportionate assets case against him. The arrest followed investigations into a drug case, with allegations of laundering over Rs 540 crore of drug money.
