‘Indian team is better than Pakistan’:Why India has an ‘advantage’ for IND vs PAK clash, Harbhajan Singh reveals

Legendary Indian spinner Harbhajan Singh feels that the Men in Blue are a better team than Pakistan, while also revealing why Rohit Sharma's men have an upper hand over their rivals. India will lock horns with Pakistan on 23 February in a high-octane clash, but Harbhajan feels that India, playing all their matches in Dubai, will adjust to the conditions better than Mohammad Rizwan's side since they will be playing all their games on home soil. Speaking to ANI, Singh said, "The hype is being created regarding the India-Pakistan match…the team that is going to adjust better with the pitch will get a better result…India has an advantage, it will play all its matches in Dubai so it will have an idea about the pitch and conditions. Overall I feel the Indian team is better than the Pakistan team and the result will be in favour of India." Rohit, Virat can be match winners Indian captain Rohit Sharma slammed a century against England on Sunday, but he had only scored 166 runs in his past 16 innings. Virat Kohli too has endured a difficult time of late, but Harbhajan feels that the legendary duo can still be the match-winners for India. "Virat and Rohit haven't scored as many runs as expected, given their past performances. The expectations are high, and when they fall short, criticism is natural. However, with the Champions Trophy ahead, they have a great opportunity to showcase their abilities and prove how they can still win matches for India. If they don't succeed, naturally, the young players waiting in the wings will start getting more opportunities. But I still believe both have plenty of cricket left in them–they are highly capable players who can still score runs," said the Turbanator. The Men in Blue begin their Champions Trophy campaign on 20 February with a meeting against Bangladesh, a day after Pakistan will play New Zealand in the tournament opener.Original Article
