Kajol is all set for the release of her upcoming horror film “Maa”, but the journey hasn’t been easy. The actress revealed that the emotionally intense role of a mother pushed her to her limits. She described the experience as mentally draining due to the high-pitched emotions required in almost every scene. Interestingly, Kajol first played a mother in the iconic film “Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham” back in 2001. While she’s familiar with maternal roles, the horror element added an unexpected emotional weight that she wasn’t prepared for.
