U.S. President Donald Trump joked that he was “a little out of my league” on African diplomacy ahead of a White House event where leaders from the Democratic Republic of Congo and Rwanda signed a peace deal to end years of conflict. Speaking at a press conference, Trump admitted he “didn’t know too much about it” but said he was pleased the U.S. played a role in bringing the two sides together for the historic agreement.
