The video, shared by Elvish on February 10, shows him being escorted by police vehicles in Jaipur. Jaipur Police Commissioner Biju George Joseph denied providing any such escort. Following this, an FIR was registered against Elvish on February 11 at the Cyber Police Station for misuse of government machinery and spreading misleading information. Former minister’s son also under police radar Now, the name of Krishna Vardhan Singh Khachariyawas, son of former Rajasthan minister Pratap Singh Khachariyawas, has also emerged in the case. In the video, Elvish is heard asking Krishna about the police vehicle ahead, to which Krishna replies that it belongs to the police station and that another police vehicle will join them soon. He stated that he is not in power and has no authority to provide an escort. He added that Elvish is his son’s friend and visits him. He also questioned why the police commented on the matter before verifying facts. The police claim that Elvish was never provided an official escort. However, footage from Elvish’s vlog suggests that police vehicles accompanied him to a hotel and a toll booth, where his car was allowed to pass without paying.
