Mumbai builder booked for illegal construction, assault in Bhandup redevelopment case

The Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) has filed a police complaint against Sudhanshu Infrastructure and Abhayjit Dubey for unauthorized construction and occupancy violations at Aniraj Tower in Bhandup. The developer allegedly constructed an illegal hall, handed over commercial units without approvals, and defied repeated notices. Following complaints, Dubey and an associate also face charges for assaulting a society member.
