The hearing in film actor Sushant Singh Rajput's death case begins today in Mumbai High Court. Sushant Singh died under suspicious circumstances on June 14, 2020. However, it was reported as suicide. Meanwhile, Sushant Singh Rajput's father KK Singh had said that my son could never commit suicide. Three days ago, KK Singh had said that Sushant had come home three-four days before his death and there was nothing like that. Petition demands arrest of Aditya Thackeray The Mumbai High Court is also hearing the case of the death of Sushant Singh Rajput's former manager Disha Salian. In this case, in 2023, the Supreme Court and High Court Litigants Association of India filed a petition through its president Rashid Khan Pathan. After this, the then Home Minister Devendra Fadnavis took action and expedited the matter. The petition requests the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to arrest and interrogate Shiv Sena (UBT) MLA Aaditya Thackeray in connection with these cases. The petition also requests the court to direct CBI to submit a comprehensive report. Sushant's body was found in flat in 2020 Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead at his home in Bandra on June 14, 2020. At first glance, the case appeared to be suicide, but later due to pressure from media and opposition parties, the investigation was handed over to CBI. The CBI's final report stated suicide as the actual cause of death. A few days before this, on June 8, Sushant Singh's manager Disha Salian died after falling from the 14th floor of a building.
