Ranveer Allahbadia has found himself at the center of controversy following an inappropriate comment made during the filming of India's Got Latent. Mtiple complaints have been filed against him for allegedly compromising public decency. Top Court has given interim protection to Ranveer from arrest but on certain conditions. Meanwhile, an audience member present at India's Got Latent show has released a video stating that Ranveer apologised to the contestant immediately after making the obscene remark. Panel member Samay Raina had also asked the contestants if they were comfortable or not. Mohit, a member of the studio audience, has shared a video on social media providing additional context to the situation. In the video, Mohit elaborated, "As an eyewitness to the incident, I can confirm that while an apology cannot undo what was said, both Ranveer and the panel made genuine efforts to ensure the contestant's well-being. They not only apologised profusely but also spent time afterward speaking with the contestant to make sure everything was okay." Further, Mohit said that after a while Samay also asked that contestant if he was okay. After all this happened, Samay went and hugged him too. Ranveer also hugged him and said that you are doing very well, sorry if that joke hurt you. Samay further told him that you are doing very crazy. Mohit further said that we should not spread hatred unnecessarily. Notably, YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia made obscene remarks about parents on India's Got Latent. When this episode was released on February 8, the show became surrounded by controversies. Complaints were filed in many states including Mumbai and Assam against all people associated with the show including the show's panel. The Cyber Cell took immediate action and got the controversial episode deleted.
