Punjab's Amritsar Rural Police has made a significant drug seizure in 2025. Police recovered about 30 kg of heroin, smuggled from Pakistan via a drone. The operation, based on secret information, led to the arrest of one accused in the Gharinda police station area of Amritsar. A car was also seized. Investigation of accused's associates The police are now interrogating the arrested man's associates.
