Manjinder Sirsa visits Amritsar after taking charge as minister:Offers prayers at Golden Temple; says, ‘AAP ruined Delhi, now bringing the model to Punjab’

Delhi minister and BJP Mla from Rajouri Garden Manjinder Singh Sirsa visited the Golden Temple in Amritsar after taking oath in the BJP-led Delhi government. During his visit, he criticized the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and questioned the policies of the Punjab government. Speaking to the media, Sirsa said he came to seek blessings from the Gurus. He accused AAP of ruining Delhi and now trying to do the same in Punjab. He questioned why AAP leader Manish Sisodia was visiting Punjab schools and expressed concern over the state's financial crisis, saying Punjab is drowning in debt. Sirsa also made it clear that BJP will contest elections in Punjab alone, indicating that there is no alliance with the Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) at the moment. Questions over Rajya Sabha seats and Sikh representation Sirsa alleged that Punjab's Rajya Sabha seats were given to outsiders and claimed that the AAP government is only pretending to support Sikhs. He questioned why Raghav Chadha, a Delhi leader, was given a Rajya Sabha seat from Punjab and why Sandeep Pathak was controlling Punjab’s affairs. Accusations of using Punjab's money for Delhi elections Sirsa accused AAP of using Punjab’s funds for elections in Delhi. He claimed that the Arvind Kejriwal and AAP party took an additional loan of Rs 1.25 lakh crore and used it for election campaigns and private jets. Allegations of illegal travel agents' scam Sirsa raised concerns over a network of illegal travel agents in Punjab, alleging that they are linked to AAP leaders. He claimed that many people lost their money, but these agents continue to live lavishly without facing any action. Punjabi language and culture under threat Sirsa accused AAP of neglecting Punjabi culture. He alleged that Punjabi teachers were not hired in Delhi for the last 12 years and important subjects were removed from schools. He also criticized the removal of Punjabi stenographers from ministerial offices. Sirsa assured that the BJP stands for development and transparency. He vowed to investigate AAP’s financial activities and hold them accountable.Original Article
