Russian Passenger Plane Explodes After Deadly Crash Near China Border; 49 Dead, No Survivor Found

A Russian passenger plane with 49 people on board crashed on July 24 in the Amur region. Russian news agency TASS, citing preliminary data, said all people on board are feared dead.
