The Bombay High Court has dismissed a review petition, clearing the path for the redevelopment of Motilal Nagar, a 141-acre MHADA land in Goregaon West. MHADA appointed Adani Realty as the consultant and Development Agency for this large-scale housing project. The court upheld MHADA’s right to redevelop the land through private developers, dismissing the residents’ group’s claim for self-development.
