Bombay HC gives housing society time to reply to Mahindra Lifespace Developers plea on redevelopment project

The Bombay High Court has granted a Santa Cruz housing society three weeks to respond to Mahindra Lifespace’s plea. Mahindra Lifespace seeks to prevent the society from appointing another builder for redevelopment. One society supports Mahindra Lifespace. The other society will not terminate their existing letter of intent or appoint a different developer until the next hearing.
