Hamas Screams ‘NO’ At Trump’s ‘Surrender’ Demand; Disses Witkoff’s Gaza Aid Site ‘Theatre’

Hamas issued a strongly-worded statement, condemning US Special Envoy Steve Witkoff’s visit to the Gaza aid site on August 1. In a statement, Hamas called Witkoff’s visit “nothing more than a prearranged theatrical performance aimed at misleading public opinion and polishing the image of the occupation.” Hamas also vowed to not disarm “as long as the occupation exists” and until there is a fully sovereign Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital.
